워터 로잉머신의 한계를 극복하다.

 지난 글에 워터 로잉머신이 운동이 덜 된다고 글을 올렸다.

그래서 여기저기 관련된 정보를 찾아 보았는데 비슷한 고민을 하는 사람들이 있고 간단한 해결책이 있었다.

그리고 신기한게 bard에 그걸 물어보니 resistence band를 추가해 보라고 알려 주어서 키워드로 검색을 해 보았다.

아직을 많이 해 보지 않았지만 내가 너무 강하게 당겨서 생기는 헛 도는 느낌이 없어 지고 저항감이 올려갔다.

아직 라텍스 줄이 덜렁거리는 문제가 있긴한데 나중에 잘라서 핸들의 양쪽으로 나눠서 묶어 주면 해결이 가능해 보인다.
